"I-Plus injector has a unique design, high precision of dosage, simple service without necessity of calibration, and is reliable despite of gas quality. I-Plus injector is available in 3 or 4 sections manifolds with replaceable calibrated nozzles matched to particular amount of cylinders and engine capacity.
The injectors (LPG, CNG) are manufacured by AEB, the leader in manufacturing of automotive electronic componets for power feed. Most of technicians carrying out conversions to gas stumble upon problems stemming from poor design of gas injectors that are available on the market. The new injectors coupled with a high output gas reducer (eg. Vega-i) shall minimise all current problems starting from obtaining a proper calibration of the gas system and eventually ending with a application of an injector repair kit. I-Plus injectors are internationally patented and they present the following advantages:
- equal capacity at every section of injector,
- invariable running characteristic during engine life time,
- autocalibration: precise gas dosage in a wide range of cars without necessity of corrections on map (with ECU types AE2005, AE2001,AE2568),
- wide range of application for different engine displacement due to choice of calibrated nozzles,
- unification of electrical sockets (STELLA type),
- simple and economic service (only exchange of calibrated nozzles O-Rings in I-Plus silent version) – no necessity of injector calibration,
- invulnerable to foul gas,
- wide range of working pressures up to 10 bar, which ensures stable system run
