ECU VOILA'05 for gas. It works with an intergrated switch; dedicated to SPI engines and MPI engines with lambda probe and catalytic converter. VOILA'05 is a self-adaptive, programmable automatic system controlling air and fuel mixture during the engine operation. VOILA'05 is controlled by a microprocessor, which ensures the right mixture for the whole engine operation range. VOILA'05 receives the following signals: from a lambda probe, throttle valve sensor (TPS). Based on real time comparisons of set values and those received from the sensors, VOILA'05 controls the stepper motor on the actuator. By setting the micro switches (to be found on the casing) to right values, the right TPS, the emulation of lambda probe and the style of driving (regular, economical) can be achieved, depending on the vehicles characteristics. VOILA PLUS shall allow for any configuring after it is connected to the AE 215 Tester/Programmer Unit, or to a PC via an interface. The VOILA'05 AE 185 is suitable for max 2500cc engines (the actuator's diameter D=16mm). For the Voila'05 settings and diagnostics purposes the small tester (AE 201) or a digital tester (AE 210) are used.
